This holiest of Christian holidays is all about the resurrection of Jesus Christ and eternal salvation of sinful humans through faith. I have trouble with every aspect of this piece of the passion narrative. And yet, I find huge relevance in the ideas of rebirth, regeneration, reformation, reconciliation and atonement; and believe they have continuing relevance in our lives today.

Leonetta explains how the process of dreaming connects us to a level of meditation that can help us refine our waking actions with mindfulness. As Unitarian Universalists we have a very strong connection to intellect AND spirituality. Today we will see how these two work in tandem to guide us to practical ways to allow dream experiences to inform our awakened experiences. Come and learn some terms that could help you win the next Jeopardy game: Bardo, gap, enlightenment, Mantra, liminal, lucid, and non-dualistic. Guest Speaker Bio: The Rev. Leonetta has been an Ordained UU Minister for 32 years, serving churches in Minneapolis, St. Louis, Chicago, and Rochester, MI. She retired in May 2024 after serving the UU Church of Farmington for 8 years and Community UU of Brighton Michigan for 18 months. She served as BUC's minister for 10 years from 1993-2003.
