10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE – July 13 – Love at the Center Rev. Allen Harden The new statement of what unites Unitarian Universalists describes a set of six shared human values, each motivated by Love and all connected through Love. What does it mean to place Love at the center, a place many religions reserve for God? Does this vision work for you? Does it work as a theological anchor for UUism? Second Sunday collection for Roots and Rags, a local nonprofit providing individual and group counseling, including art therapy, with a focus on LGBTQ+ identities. Roots and Rays runs the “Rainbow Youth” support group in the Beverly area and co-sponsored BUC’s family pride event. We'll be meeting in person AND streaming live on Zoom. 10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE – July 20 – Let’s Sing Greg Lawler Continuing a recent tradition (started last year!), we will have a service dedicated to singing. We will sing mostly from the hymnals. I will give some background on some of our familiar hymns, but I also encourage others to suggest hymns that are important to you and, if you want, share with others the reason why they are important to you.

10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE10:30 am: SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE – July 27- Fitting into our Universe: Humanity and Nature Rev. Allen Harden Eternal themes: persons vs nature, persons as nature, the instinctual animal within us, etc. For me, these are the touchstones of religious understanding. The harmony and beauty and immensity we find in the natural order always astounds me; and our human tendencies to connect, and to support, sustain, and care for each other is what can bring me hope. These are where I find the sacred, and I where feel most religious. Fourth Sunday collection for Roots and Rags, a local nonprofit providing individual and group counseling, including art therapy, with a focus on LGBTQ+ identities. Roots and Rays runs the “Rainbow Youth” support group in the Beverly area and co-sponsored BUC’s family pride event. We'll be meeting in person AND streaming live on Zoom.
