 This weekend our nation honors the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. King, the transcendent force in the American Civil Rights movement, is particularly well known for his commitment to the practice of nonviolence in protest. Let us think about nonviolence – as a response to violence, as a conflict strategy, and as a way of thinking. Should it work for us today?
