 We face conflicting demands and so many pressures. The current political climate requires that we engage in protest, resistance, and change efforts. Our family and friendship ties need for us to bring energy, loving calm, and stable support to our loved ones. And our own mental and spiritual work is fed best when we can separate from others and find some contemplative “me time”. Life gets busy for all of us, how can we do it all without blowing a fuse?
