Service Auction Begins

Event:
April 14, 2013 - 10:30am

Sundays, April 14, 21, and 28: bidding on the Service Auction items will be held after services on these 3 Sundays immediately following church services. Be sure to get your bids in!

Last year the Services brought in almost $4500., AND we got to know each other better and have fun in the process. Maybe you don't think you have anything to offer but I bet you do. Is there a chore most people hate but you don't mind? People have offered things like gift wrapping, power washing, and dog-walking. Maybe you have a favorite restaurant you'd like to treat someone else to. Or an activity you would like to share with others? Kayaking, orienteering, sailing..... Do you have a skill to share, like jewelry-making, computer use, cooking? Anything with food is always a good service to offer. You could make and deliver something, or cater a meal, or have a dinner party. Please give this some good imaginative thought, and contact Linda Petersen at 773-238-1633 or peteyandbill@aol.com for more information. Thank you!!!!
