Men of the Castle

Kerry Nelson will chow up “a home-style Chinese New Year’s Dinner” (it’s the Year of the Dragon) at the next Men of the Castle meeting on Monday, February 6. It’ll include fried rice and feature chicken thighs in hoisin sauce (and possibly some in black bean sauce) along with a side of egg rolls. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm, and a business meeting will follow.

Men of the Castle meets on the first Monday evening of almost every month, generally on the second floor of the Castle (church building). There is always good food and friendly company.
