I admit it, I used to roll my eyes at the notion of prepping - folks getting ready for really hard times by storing huge amounts of supplies and survival gear. After the great toilet paper scare of earlier this year, that level of skepticism seems a little misplaced. In this season of Advent, however, I feel called to ask myself, and all of you as well, what is it we are preparing for. How would we spend this winter if we were preparing for a world we can really believe in?
